I recently visited this place as I had a stall on the family fun day they were having. The staff are very friendly and polite, the place was a lot bigger than I expected and I was surprised at what facilities they had for the reaidents. They have a shop onsite, a bar, a bistro, gym, cashpoint etc. There was plenty of parking spaces out the front, including disabled bays. They have a mini market every Wednesday where the residents and their families can browse items such as clothing, footwear, jewellery etc I will also be going back and having a little stall with my body shop products.

Mum has lived at Metchley Manor since 2017, its a really lovely environment - honestly feels more like a nice hotel rather than a care home in many ways. She is looked after by the same staff as when she first moved in - that’s the same people for 6 years, and because it is so hard for her to make new memories, that continuity is really important. They are wonderful people, and mum clearly feels safe and happy there. I cannot recommend the place highly enough.
